I went my husband to the tow yard to retrieve his personal property and the lady that works there is very rude more like prejudice.We came one day and she said you need an appointment so come back Monday come back Monday and said I never gave you a time so come back at 3pm, we came back at 3pm and she looked at us and said I will be back in a few minutes and was very rude

Absolutely awful customer service and any type of business regime. Was told to go get my car and after driving 45+ minutes to get there they said I’d have to wait, they couldn’t help me and to come back 30 minutes later
