They do move cars because they picked up our Motorcycle to deliver from CA to FL and it was the last vehicle they were picking up, the truck was full. When asked if we were the 1st stop, they said no, they are dropping off other cars 1st. Then tell me, how do they not move cars to get them off if our bike is blocking them.
They also damaged the kickstand of the bike by putting too much pressure on the kickstand while tightening the bike down.
Then, they demand another $650.00, saying they were not paid in full. Since we brokered through Payless Auto Shipping, we paid Payless in full so our friends could take delivery of the bike. Now we have to pay another $650.00 because they will not leave the bike without it.

Top notch. Was extremely respectful that this was an expense classic car and they went out of their way to get it to location quickly and in perfect condition.
I would absolutely use the carrier again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They damaged my car while moving on and off the truck (which they have to do when dropping off and picking up new cars along the way). The supervisors I talk to lie and say that they NEVER have to move the cars after they are put on the first time. That is a complete lie, they DO move the cars around during different stops. The driver does NOT know how to drive a manual transmission and he destroyed my clutch. Now they tell me that is not something they cover because that is impossible. Absolute scam of a company.
