Did not show on the agreed date/time. Was rescheduled for the following day, and again did not show. While texting with driver to determine where he was, I was told first he was 25 minutes away. Two hours later, still no sign of Victor O'Connor of PO Transport LLC. He also told me he required a down payment before he could load my car. Naively I did pay - now he refuses to refund the money.
