They were quick to get to my family but after that they were not helpful at all with responding to the insurance companies request for a detailed bill so that I could be reimbursed for my payment. I've repeatedly asked for them to either call me or my insurance company and they still have not done it. $1600.00 is alot of money and I would like my reimbursement.
