Javier delivered a Toyota truck to me from a Chicago dealership. The truck was brand new and when delivered it was covered in road grime and bugs so the condition could not be seen well. I walked around the truck and did not notice any damage so I signed the delivery paperwork. While driving it home I noticed a scratch on the hood that could not be seen until in the drivers seat while driving. I immediately called him, within 5 minutes of signing the papers. He told me he would do nothing as I should not have signed the papers if there was damage. Upon further inspection once getting the truck home I can see that the scratch from the hood goes up over the top of the truck and scratched the pano sunroof and actually dented the top of the truck. When he told me and my wife upon pickup that he had to dodge tree limbs while transporting the truck I should have paid more attention. Now I have a 2022 Tundra with a scratch on the hood, pano roof and a dent in top of cab. I would absolutely not recommend him for any transport as he does not stand behind his service.
