Outback was dispatched by my Roadside assistance plan to pick up my sons truck. Long story short after a pick up address mix up, a truck break down, and multiple promises that they were still towing the truck after 2 days I had to call my Roadside assistance provider back and request another towing company. I reached out to Outback after they told be it was going to be a 3rd day before they could pick up the truck and let them know if the truck was towed by the property owner that they would be responsible the reply from the owner/dispatcher by text was,
"Yeah right dude you can cancel us and call another provider. I can't control a truck breaking down dude. I would have called another towing service if I were you.
Matter of fact I'll call for you right now"
I will never use or request this towing company to anyone. They told be multiple times that my vehicle was next and never delivered. They also never notified me of changes to the pick up. I had to reach out to them to find out why they hadn't towed the vehicle yet.
