Micheal” from Imperial Auto is the most dishonest, harassing, crude and disrespectful person I have ever tried to do business with. I was very new to this and was fleeing domestic violence in an emergent situation. Micheal gave me a low ball price, kept me waiting for days while I was being charged $20 a day at the airport waiting for my car to be transported. Once he did the bait and switch on pricing I knew I was screwed. I signed a “contract” which allowed him to steal $150 deposit from me, claim the trucker broke down and yelled at me when I asked for my deposit back so could book another company. Micheal has been texting me sexual messages, saying he is glad I got assaulted, he has called me every single day and I have even made a police report against him and this company for harassment. I had to get the cops involved to get my deposit back because that is a lot of money for me right now and I need my car asap. Never ever book with this corrupt company. They are disgusting business practices and thankfully I found Auto Shipping Group to help me get my car!! BEWARE of imperial auto, they will harass you, cuss you out and threaten you if you do not go along with their shady tactics. They are so pushy and refuse to take no for an answer! Steer clear! And Micheal is the worst!!

Horrible owner with no customer service or follow through. Blames the drivers for all his companies issues!!!
