Kiev and Krue Towing is a USAA Roadside Assistance contractor. Service was requested through USAA at 10:30 am. Estimated response time was 120-130 minutes. At 12:51 after 141 minutes USAA checked in via text then at 12:55 extended the ETA by another 60 min. At 2:24 the ETA was extended by an additional 90 minutes. After calling USAA I was notified by USAA that "The provider can no longer complete your job. We're sorry" It was a wasted day!
