Was driving GEO BEAR TRANSPORT INC (USDOT Number: 3597454) behind this company in Mt. Juliet TN heading into Lebanon, TN and they was swerving between lanes. The trailer ran into the ditch and almost flipped after recovery they still couldn't stay in a lane. Pulled up along side and was just casually smoking a cig. Police was called but couldn't catch the driver at the time. Recorded this via dashcam and have uploaded it publicly to be seen as well.
