We use this carrier for enclosed shipments and have never had any issues like the ones described in other reviews. Makes me question their validity.

This company transported my new Mercedes from Montana to Los Angeles. The car arrived with 10 miles on it and $30,000 of damage!!
It had body scratches all over it, scratches all over the interior wood panels, leather damage, rims scratched on curbs, tires with tears and scratches all over the rubber, etc. It was covered in Rocky ash debris throughout the interior, under carriage and body. It was so bad that opening a window would have scratched the glass. I paid for a closed carrier transport, but this car seems to have been transported in an open carrier with the windows open and then taken for a 10 mile joy ride off road. It’s criminal and absolutely heartbreaking.

They picked up a freshly detailed car and dropped off a car covered in dust and soot despite using an enclosed carrier. Would not recommend to anyone shipping a car they care about.
