Horrible experience! No communication whatsoever. They didn't let me know they were on their way or anything. I didn't even get an invoice! Next thing I know I'm getting a call from a dispatch stating that the car is at my house and no one is home. Surprise surprise, they had the wrong address even though it was written correctly on the paperwork! Had some questions for driver but he's from Ukraine and doesn't speak English supposedly. Then the moron held my keys hostage for my car, until I gave him 450 bucks! The issue was, IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR PRIOR TO DELIVERY!! Never ever will I ever recommend doing any business with this sorry excuse for a company!!

They were paid a deposit to pick up a car that they never picked up. They have been refusing to refund the deposit for the past two months.
