If I could rate below zero I would worse service ever, supposed to pick up car on Monday, they arrived 3am Tuesday, suppose to deliver car by Thursday latest my car arrived Sunday evening at 11pm I had to rent a car for 3 days, truck never broke down weather was fine they just went another route, complete scammers, had to get police involved, even though it’s a civil matter, driver would not give me my fob until he received cash in full, I reported this company and driver to irs and icc, never again and mark at Colibri auto was the broker do not deal with any of these people, bad news

The driver was fine but although semi trucks regularly come into my neighborhood they called to ask where the driver could meet outside of the neighborhood. I gave them an easy to navigate well lit option which was the train station. In the end they showed up three hours late and parked in the turn lane of a heavily trafficked road with no street lights. I had to wait behind the truck for over thirty minutes to sign the drivers phone for a document I wasn’t given access to and then although I was promised I would get a copy had to call in a second time the next day before I was finally sent a copy.

Excellent service from this carrier. Driver's are very professional, taken time and handle your vehicle with care. I shipped ATL to NY (Long Island), and it took less than 2 days (promised 3-5days) so this was outstanding. Kept in constant communication from pick up to drop off. I will trust them to ship my car back and on future needs.
