As dispatched by my roadside assistance provider, this company effectively abandoned me. After almost 4 hours had to re-request a different service provider. Job or svc # 14189171. Dereliction is a word that fits: Intake app won’t let me rate 0 stars.

On May 9/ 2024, I had a flat tire. I was with my daughter and 2 month old granddaughter. Needless to say, this was a stressful time. I called AAA for help and they sent one of your trucks to help us. The two men who showed up were an absolute blessing. They were extremely friendly and kind. They went above and beyond the normal job of just putting the spare tire on. These two men actually repaired the tire with a plug so we could continue our trip and not have to limp to the nearest tire place to have it done. They even shared donuts with us out of a box they had in the truck. They defused a stressful situation with their kindness. I can’t thank them enough.

After breaking down and spending hours on the phone with roadside assistance, All City Towing promptly showed up and was so helpful. Weston was friendly and accommodating, and helped me calm down after breaking down right off the freeway and after a horrible experience with roadside assistance. I highly recommend this towing company!
