Highly disrespectful and racist people working in this company. The person who answers the phone is very disrespectful, immature, and rude it’s very concerning. After my second encounter with this company, I now know, even other staff working in this company are disrespectful as well. It’s literally a group effort at this point. This company has have me wait 2+ hours to tow my car, after finally arriving has the nerve to refuse service. I never in my life had so much hatred for a person and group until today.
