This carrier a big accident on 1/12 in AZ in which driver totaled his tractor, severely damaged the trailer, and caused damaged to all the cars on the trailer. They made promises in writing that they did not keep. Thankfully we only had one car on the trailer. First they promised to cover the storage and recover our vehicle to deliver to FL then they told us they could not. Then they told us they would make sure vehicle was offloaded and storage would be paid so at least we could get a new carrier to recover that also did not happen. We had no choice but to pay the tow yard $1,877.00 to offload the vehicle and pay for storage charges. On top of that driver still had the set of keys to the vehicle. For 3 straight days from 2/6 to 2/8 I must have called/texted/emailed both contacts 100 times for them to overnight the keys. Over that 3 day period I received 2 responses. Now I'm trying to recover the money they owe us and even told them I'd be more than happy to work something out in which each party would be satisfied and they have no attempt to resolve the issue and do not respond to emails, calls, or texts. Long story short avoid using them at all costs + there insurance coverage is not up to par either likely to save on their premiums.
