DISHONEST COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM! Used EASY AUTO SHIP in 2024 to transport one new (2024) vehicle in an enclosed trailer. NIGHMARE experience (summary below). Bottom line… “EASY AUTO SHIP”, along with their affiliate “LCT GROUP”, did over $17,000 damage to our car, tried to hide it from us by attempting to complete sloppy repairs without our knowledge, and lied to us about it continuously until we proved we had video evidence from the vehicle cameras! DISHONEST and ILLEGAL business practices! Then promised to reimburse us for the repairs, but later REFUSED TO PAY US! DETAILS: Paid for enclosed transport, July 27 delivery. After car did not arrive on July 27, contacted them, was told driver was “in the hospital sick”, promised car would arrive by July 29th. On July 29th we started receiving notifications from our car security system that doors/trunks were left open. Accessed the car cameras and location and confirmed it was in PA at a BODY SHOP. Contacted LCT GROUP driver, he insisted it was not damaged, in a safe building with friends while he was “sick”, contacted LCT GROUP Manager (Vladimir), he said driver will move it back inside truck. Meanwhile, a guy at the body shop started TAPING OVER THE CAR SECURITY CAMERAS but missed a few. Contacted EASY AUTO SHIP (Carrie), but they went with the same lie about a sick driver, and insisted there was no damage to our car. Concerned over the COORDINATED DISHONESTY, we thought maybe our car was being used to smuggle drugs, so we called the PA State Police, they gave us another number to call, but in between those calls the LCT GROUP manager called us back and convinced us there were no problems, car will be back in truck that day. Meanwhile, after expressing our concerns about possible drug smuggling or attempts to repair vehicle damage without our consent, EASY AUTO SHIP was RUDE AND DISMISSIVE, and CONTINUED TO LIE TO US. DO DO DO NOT NOT NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY , THIS COMPANY IS A FOREIGN RUN BUSINESS THEY DOUBLE BROKER THE LOADS AND NONE OF DRIVERS SPEAK ENGLISH , THEY WERE LATE AND LATE MUTIPLE TIMES WILL NEVER HIRE AGAIN AND VEHICLES HAD DAMAGES AND THEIR DISPATCHERS GAVE THE RUN AROUNDS AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT MY VEHICLES OR THE DAMAGE THEIR DRIVERS CAUSED AGAIN AGAIN DO NOT HIRE , THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE NO INSURANCE FAKE USDOT !!!!!!
