I would recommend AGAINST using this towing company. They were dispatched by Ford Roadside Assistance. After 90 minutes I called to check on their ETA. They told me the driver was re-routed to a higher priority call and they would call me back with a new ETA. 5 minutes later the dispatch was cancelled through the Ford system. Thanks to CW I wasted a big chunk of my afternoon.
