Do not use this carrier if you care about your customers. The carrier was easy to work with until they accepted the order. From that point on, they ignored every instruction, refused to answer phone calls or texts, and damaged the vehicle. Both owner/dispatcher and the driver were completely uncommunicative after accepting the order. Still can't get either of them to respond. As a broker, we were left completely in the dark.
