It was a rough time sitting on I 20 waiting on AAA to come get us. From 4:30 pm. To 7pm we finally had enough of being pushed back in the Queue we called AAA again she called the company that was supposed to be coming and they said they never are going to come. We called 511 and a great guy came. He pushed us to the ramp and then the QT. Security at the QT came and told us we need to move the car. We told them we had talked to Amanda with Ideal and she had said someone would be to get us, I updated her with our new location. She at that time said it would be an hour. After 11/2 hours Security came said he knew someone who could tow us.
That someone was G 2 towing within 15 minutes of us calling AAA with the information their guy Kantae was there. He loaded us up and got us home. He was a pleasure to meet and talk with on our almost 2 hour road trip. I can’t recommend this company any higher. Thank you for your knight in shining armor G 2 towing.
