Driver canceled and didn’t let insurance know so I ended up waiting for 2 hours with no communication. They should have a 0 star.

I would not recommend this company , very unreliable and terrible communication. Gave a time that he would be there and never showed . Tried to call with no answer and eventually he responded thru text and said he would call me in 10 minutes which never happened. All he had to do was say that he couldn’t complete the job (for whatever reason) . Instead he strung me along for hours. Now there is no chance my car can be fixed today because the shop will be closing soon.

Horrible! Horrible!! HORRIBLE!!!! This company was dispatched by my insurance co after my car broke down on the side of the highway. They do not answer their phone, they only respond via text. After the ETA window and no arrival, and then telling me the driver was in route they showed up over an hour later after their original eta! Mind you, they were dispatched over 4 hours ago. If I could give them 0 stars I would. What SHOW ME STATE TOWING shows me is they are unprofessional & unreliable DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME & IF YOU ARE USED TO PROFESSIONALISM.

Good company to work for, helpful in all aspects, friendly. Use to work there but left to drive semis. Sent a few people to this company who needed they cars towed away and had all good compliments about the service I would recommend this tow company to a whale if it’s fins had broken..

Amazing! I am from Wisconsin and wrecked my car in Atlanta and I called Onstar and they sent this company to pick me and my car up and drive me 2 HOURS to my mothers house!
The driver was Devon P. And he was the best he was respectful and professional and he kept me laughing and talking the whole ride it was a very good ending to a horrible day!
Thank you guys again I highly recommend Devon P. from Show Me state towing

This tow company never picked up my vehicle. I called several times & every time I was promised they are on the way but for 7 hours they never came & I never called & didn't answer the phone when I called after 5 pm

Terrible customer service. I scheduled a tow and got a message saying they arrived. No one was here. Call company they kept declining my calls. Finally sent a text someone res back saying the driver was not there. I asked for an eta they could not give me one to provide the shop. I had to cancel the tow and now rescheduled foe romo as the shop is closed now

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Requested service through our roadside assistance plan and they never showed up. I attempted to call, but the calls kept going straight to voicemail. I sent a text message and somebody responded back twice. However, after the second inquiry, there was no more communication and the tow truck never arrived. My husband was stranded on the side of the road for more than 3 hours.
