The driver and company did not speak English, only Portuguese. There were some paint chips on the car, but they did not record them at pickup and refused to admit they were done on the road. When the driver removed the truck, he took out some of the front parts underneath. Finally, the pre-pictures were so bad, blurry, light shots that you couldn't tell if there was damage. Buyer beware of this company.

If I could leave 0 stars, I'd probably do negative! My boyfriend and I shipped our cars for moving from FL to TN and my car ended up getting front-end damage upon loading it. We found out from taking delivery of them and the owner denied everything and started cussing us out. He threatened to take the cars back to Florida so I said that would be theft and he denied that too. I would never recommend this business to anyone and am doing everything I can to get him to pay for the damages that were done. It would have been fine if he would have listened, but he chose to act out and not want to hear us out. Funny thing is it's not that expensive so this could have been resolved without any issues. He's extremely unprofessional so if you need to tow, stay away!
