This is the 3rd time Happy Towing has been assigned to tow a vehicle for me through my roadies assistance. The first two times they never showed up. This time I asked them to call me if they were going to be late. No call, half hour later I call asking where they are, app shows driver isn’t even on the way. and am told they are putting oil in their truck and will be on their way. Horrible service. Do not recommend.
