This was actually the worst experience I have ever had with any business transaction in my whole life. I'm on the road with a broken down car. Allstate gives me a message that Noor Towing is willing to take the case. I agree to letting the company have the tow job. The contact person is speaking so fast with such a thick accent that I can't get most of what he is saying. I explain that I can't understand, and the contact person is rude and makes little attempt to ensure I understand his message. I'm told the truck will be there in two hours. It doesn't arrive until four hours. But I don't know how much it's going to cost or choices for making the payment. I don't give my card number over the phone so I agree to pay through PayPal. I'm given about three minutes to try and get the payment through, which is clearly not enough time. Suddenly I hear that they are going to take my car hostage and claim that I refused to pay. When I protest and explain that I am confused, the contact person is incredibly rude. I decide I better pay in person and tell them I'm bringing cash to the car repair shop where the car has been towed. The contact person says to be there by 8:30 or the truck will leave. We arrive by 8:25 and the truck is gone. I honestly think it did not wait at all. When I call to ask where the truck is, the contact person continues to be extremely rude and difficult to understand. The contact person says that I won't be able to talk about retrieving my car, which has been taken hostage, for three days. When I threaten to report the company, he agrees to bring the truck back with my car to get the payment. It takes half an hour for the truck to get back. In the meantime, I've been accused of refusing to pay and there is no willingness to hear my message that communications has been terribly poor and aggressive. When the truck comes back, we give the driver cash to make the payment. I truly hope Allstate stops recommending this company.
