Raciel Lopez picked up my car from Hialeah FL to Bronx NY and they never delivered my car on time. Raciel was the driver and he damaged my car ripped of my front bumper but his truck insurance refused to fix it. I gave him my Hyundai Sonata clean and no scratch. The owner of this company Lorena Trompeta overcharged me extra $600 but original quote was 1050 and ended up paying $1650. Stay away from this company and I’m not the only reported them. NEVER TRUST them with your car.

Quite literally the most trashy, unprofessional, rude and horrific service provider I have EVER dealt with in my life. These shady characters threatened me via phone and text message, withheld car delivery by a week and were the most gross and unprofessional car movers I could have ever imagined. I am having them now investigated by SGT, had to get the local police involved and filed an official police report on them, and am now contacting my attorney to continue pressing charges. Would rather set my car on fire than ever again deal with these horrific unprofessional losers. DO NOT ever use this company.
