I wish it were possible to give -5 stars! My truck was to be transported on a trailer cross country. The driver decided to drive my truck 200 miles and in such a way that he threw engine codes. My truck was impounded at my expense 5 hours from my home. It took a whole day and $400 to get my truck back. Then it had to go to the shop and that was a $600 bill. There was a scratch in my door and garbage all over in my truck when I got it back. The owner of the company threatened to Sue me, wouldn’t give me the name of the driver, and now won’t respond to me at all. I need the name of the driver for the insurance claim. My experience couldn’t be any worse with this company. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT use them ever. Save yourself $1k+ and the headache. Seriously horrible experience and the company has gone silent and unwilling to make this right at all!
