Car transport was set up by SGT with BWI Technologies and I should have requested a different company. Was told my vehicles were scheduled to be picked up on Monday December 30th. Received a text in the morning saying the driver would be there in 1-2 hours. After 2.5 hours I reached out for an update and was told the truck was in the shop because it broke down and they were about done and would be there in 1-2 hours. After another 2 hours I hadn't received any update so I reached out again and heard nothing back. I then reached out to SGT to see if they could help find out what was going on. Long story short they were not going to be able to make in that day but said they could come the next day...when I was not going to be in town. I eventually had to lock my keys in my car so I could remote unlock it for the driver so I could get them shipped for my move. When the driver showed up the next day and called me he had a very thick Russian accent and spoke little English. I was trying to give him my gate code to access my property and pick up the vehicles and it was something out of a comedy sketch. Eventually I just had to text him the code so he would understand it. Then had a very hard time explaining that the keys were in the console of the car and I would unlock it remotely so he could get them. He clearly was not understanding me so I sent a picture of the keys in the console. Eventually my cars were loaded up and ready for transport. Then I get a text from the driver...in Russian that I had to Google Translate to find that he was asking for the delivery address...it seemed like he was very unprepared. I sent him the address and then tracked my cars the entire way to me because I had zero confidence they were getting to me. They eventually did arrive and again had to try and communicate with the driver which was extremely difficult. Would never use them again.

ZERO stars for BWI. Beware of double broker scams and unethical business practices. Do NOT use any cash apps when paying them.

Don’t waste your time with this company they had me waiting since Tuesday to pick up the car on Friday and when Friday came they said we can’t pick up the car there wasting your time.

This outfit is a joke your truck driver didn't speak any english They follow basic instructions They were late by days for the pickup date They were Late by days for the delivery date and time And to top it for the truck driver unload our Pickup and Drove it around for what ever reason put a 100 miles on it Used a 1/4 tank of gas , had mud on it when it got here . Called BWI they agreed to refund us some of the money we paid , well now 3 weeks later NO REFUND, BEWARE of this Company
