It won’t allow me to give them zero stars! But They are the worse people/ company to work with they are nothing but scammers and trying to do fraud shit, with the insurance companies. I been calling them for 5 days trying to see where my car is at so I can pick it up and get it to another shop but they either don’t answer the phone or just keep giving me the run around. I had to call the guy that towed my car to ask him questions about where they had him take my car this is day 6! Worse company to work with please do not waste your time trying to get service from these people Save yourself time and money and the headaches please!!!!! The girl receptionist she don’t know what the fuck she doing. She’s trying to give you little to no information and the guy tray at first, he seems nice willing to help you then you see that he ain’t nothing but a fraud!! Trying to get you!

Don't answer the phone, kept insisting on getting money from insurance and wouldn't respond when I told them I wanted to pay to release the car myself. They are just another predator looking to grab cars off the street and hold onto them as long as they can to rack up storage fees.
