Worst experience of my life… The shipment was an 18 Hour Dr. and the shipper was 36 hours late from the time agreed… Not an apology or anything but a shoulder shrug after I told him he ruined my vacation… He made me wait until 3 o’clock in the morning while ghosting all of my phone calls… I had to drive 45 minutes back to my hotel And wait for a call the next day which never came… The only call I got was from the broker who promised he would be there at 11 AM… He showed up at 10:30 and threaten to leave because I wasn’t there yet… I waited 36 hours for him and he couldn’t wait 36 minutes for me
In the process now with an attorney to get my shipment money back since he ruined the entire trip that I was having a car shipped for in the first place

Our Porsche was damaged upon delivery and they refuse to take responsibility. They even signed a BOL that said no damage on pick up date from the dealership. We’ve tried to get them to take ownership on this problem and they refuse. The only pictures of damage they’ve given me is on delivery date on my business property. Beware. This will not go un- answered.
