Horrible experience this morning 8/25/2023 . They use false certificate of insurance. The driver who was suppose to pick my car up today aug,25,2023 was not the driver who called me before arriving . He would not provide me with the certificate of liability insurance. They made up a story about the driver on the insurance company had died so that why he couldn’t pick up my car , and that the new driver had a Ferrari on his car trailer that my car (chevelle) will be safe . After telling him I will not put my car on his trailer without the correct information “certificate of liability insurance “ that matches the driver he declined to take my car because I kept asking for the correct paper work on there behalf. Hung up on me and didn’t want to do proof of insurance. The new broker I found was super professional and provided me with the information I asked for at the time he picked up my car (different broker) . BE CAREFUL WITH GO MOVERS INC THEY are very good scam artist I would not recommend them to any.

I am writing this to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the services provided by your company. Our recent experience with your transportation services has caused significant damage to our business.
First and foremost, the lack of professionalism displayed by your staff was appalling. From the outset, we encountered numerous communication issues that has cost us a valuable relationship. Despite providing clear instructions and expectations, your team failed to deliver on their promises, leading to a tarnished reputation for our company.
Moreover, the inefficiency and unreliability of your transportation services were astounding. We experienced delays without any proper explanation for the inconvenience caused. This experience not only disrupted our on going business today but also strained our relationships with the client who was relying on this delivery.
Your company's incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction have caused us irreparable damage.

Really bad service, I couldn't get my broker fee with this company. No responsibility! Late delivery! Really unprofessional! I would never recommend this company!
