This company picked up THE WRONG CAR and dropped it off at a port to be shipped internationally. Car is worth over $100,000.00 and they never bothered to look at the VIN when picking up and dropping off!!! When alerted to the error, they promised to fix the problem immediately. Then they of course dropped off the face of the planet. After several attempts to reach them over the course of more than a week's time, we gave up and had to hire a different company to get this careless error corrected.
