Using this company was a nightmare! Their driver messed up our car, causing over $11,000 in damages during transport. They don't even have proper insurance, and getting them to take responsibility has been a nightmare. We have video proof of the whole thing, but they're hardly returning our calls or doing anything about it. This is not a trustworthy company at all—stay away!

By far the worst automotive carrier I have ever used. The equipment is substanard and the drivers do not care about the condition of the automobile during, and at the end of the trip. I shipped a high end collectors car with them and the driver went thru a storm and left the vents open and the escape door did not close properly and the water, snow and slush totally covered the interior and since the window was left open to allow the driver to enter the car to load and unload completely coated the interior of the car inside and out with mud, dirt and dust. They will not answer my calls and have ignored emails. I used Amerifreight as the broker and they as well will do nothing to help. They will sell you insurance to make a commision but the insurance company will not honour any commitments and you as a user have no recourse. Definately do not use either party even if you are despirate.
