Scammer company. They quote you for moving the vehicle then demand 'a TIP' - which was not on the quote, then turns around and claims it's a 'routine broker's fee' - while they hold your car ransom. Horrible scammers who don't own a good business and take your money and run. Never use them or send money through Venmo.

Wonderful experience! Smoothest part of my out of state move from Colorado to Nevada. Great price and excellent customer service. CARLOS was continuously in contact with me from start to finish. It was such a good experience we're going to use this company to transport my sons car back to Colorado when he goes back to school in August instead of driving. The driver (George) they contracted was more than fabulous as well...friendly and very communicative as well. Thanks for taking a bit if the stress off my move!

I was pretty impressed with the service. Communication from the salesman Carlos villa was very good and communication from the driver at both pickup and delivery was excellent. Not to mention the price was fair. I would highly recommend this company and Carlos villa to anyone wanting to transport their vehicle.

The driver was great I am very happy with their services. The driver came here on time as to pick up and on time he delivered, This was my first experience with Sterling Star LLC. The person who was dealing with me his was Cliff Beck and he was very transparent and comutative with me. So My whole expernience was them was very good and I would recomend them to everybody.

Garbage! I was lied to. Charged prior to getting my vehicle picked up. Then they had someone call pretending to be a driver and didn’t give me any of his information when asked to provide his DOT/MC. He was lying as well! This is the worst! I’m having to call my bank and claim a fraudulent charge on the bill that was supposed to secure a driver for the next day. Then they call trying to secure my business for the next day, 24 hours late, and I told them once more that they were fired. Still texting me trying to give excuses and tell me why they are garbage. Do not ship with these clowns!
