My experience shipping a car from MA to TX with this company was awful. They signed up with the shipping broker to pickup the car on 8/16 and deliver by 8/21. I was very clear that we had to have the car on 8/21 b/c it contained critical things needed to move our daughter into her college dorm. On 8/16 the driver called to day he could not pick up the car until noon 8/17 because the truck's suspension was being repaired. On 8/17, I texted him at 11:45 am asking if he was still coming, and he never responded. I called dispatch who said the truck was new, but the repair was taking longer than expected, but that the driver would be there. He finally showed up at 2:30 pm (after first asking if he could come with a friend to my house to get the car and drive it an hour away to his truck location - to which I said no, no one drives my car). I reminded him that we had to have the car in TX on 8/21, and he said "see you then!" before leaving. On 8/21, he was not answering texts or calls. I called dispatch who apologized and said he had not left MA until the prior day (3 days after getting our car). They said he would arrive with our car on Thursday 8/22. This created chaos with moving my daughter into college, but we scrambled and made arrangements. Of course....on 8/22 the driver did not show up and would not answer his phone. Dispatch was apologetic, saying he would arrive the next day. Well, the next day came with no word...finally at 7:00 pm after me sending many, many texts, the driver called to say he would arrive that night at midnight. We confirmed we would wait up - which we did - and he never showed. He finally arrived the next day 8/24 in the afternoon. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, they don't care about customers or commitments. Do not use this company. Stay far away!
