Our experience with this carrier has been frustrating and unprofessional. After successfully coordinating the transportation of a vehicle and fulfilling all our responsibilities as a broker, the carrier has failed to pay the agreed-upon broker fee. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, including numerous follow-ups and communications, the carrier has been unresponsive and has not honored the payment agreement.
Their lack of communication and disregard for the terms of our contract reflect poorly on their professionalism and reliability. This is not the level of service we expect when working with partners in the logistics industry.
If you value transparency, timely payments, and respectful business practices, I strongly advise considering other carriers. Our experience has shown that this company does not prioritize honoring their commitments or maintaining a positive working relationship.
Charged extra fee from the customer, didn't pay us broker fee, pickup, and delivery was late, the vehicle was in damaged condition, NO COMMUNICATIONS.
