Kelly went above and beyond for me. He had 2 cars ahead of me, my car was without its battery, and he couldn't come till the next morning. I got home and 2 hours later he surprised me with taking it to my front door, started it with portable power unit, and I was able to have it in my driveway, near my tools, and fix it myself the next morning in no time.
