The trucker, Michael Cuello Gonza, of URRA Transportation Services LLC, caused damage to our BMW X3 and is extremely untrustworthy and unprofessional, as was Helen Herrera who acted as his dispatcher. He did not have a paper bill of lading for us to sign and had us sign on his phone and when I asked for a copy, Herrera said the app wasn’t working but she’d send it to me asap. That was over a week ago. He also had nothing for our daughter and son in law to sign when he delivered the car. The car interior was dirty at delivery but It wasn’t when he picked it up. Then it was discovered once he’d left and they drove the car, that the rear toe bar of our BMW X3 was severely bent, enough to make the car unsafe because the steering was so off. Then they lied to the broker, Montway, saying they never picked up the car which is ridiculous as we have photos proving they did and that it was delivered to Colorado! Beware the broker Montway does not insure your car and assigned this horrible trucking company. The worst part is both the driver and the dispatcher have totally ignored our numerous texts and phone calls. I would never ever use URRA Transportation Services DOT 3923098!

ZERO STARS. This company damaged our car, claims to not speak any english, doesn't answer their phone. We booked through Montway and they hired Urra transportation services. Everything about the transaction with Urra was sketchy, they claimed they couldnt get the montway app to work, didnt want to give us the paperwork, then AFTER delivering the vehicle they told Montway that they did not even pick up the car and wanted to cancel the pickup. This is beyond shady. They are just trying to do this to get out of paying for the damage to our vehicle. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
