I usually don't write negative reviews, but this experience was so horrendous that I felt the need to warn others. After their service caused over $5,000 worth of damages to my vehicle, they assured me that I would be reimbursed. However, in a shocking twist of unprofessionalism, not only did they block my number, but they also went to the extent of changing their own contact number! This isn't just poor customer service, it's downright deceitful. Please save yourself the trouble and potential losses - look elsewhere.
