I had used this service to have my new car I purchased transferred to me. Unfortunately, the original driver had some mechanical issues and was not able to deliver my vehicle on the scheduled date. I was assured they would work to get me a driver for the following day. Unfortunately instead of putting out the job for the $600 for uncovered and $800 covered trailer, they posted it for $800 flat. The driver who was fo pick up the vehicle did not have a coveted trailer. When I was informed of this, I told them to find someone to do it for the typical prices. They told me they had canceled the job and would find someone else. The following day, the dealership said my vehicle had been picked up. It had turned out that the $800 uncovered trailer had picked up my vehicle. So not only did my vehicle have to come late a day, but I also was overcharged $200. The incompetence was reeling. I would never in my life use this company again.

First time getting car shipped I would recommend go right to the source and leave brokers out of it. Once I had confirmation it was picked up and delivered as arranged. Driver very nice. Highly recommend

Terrible communication. Very unprofessional. Picked up a car in South Carolina five days ago and still hasn't arrived in Michigan five days later. Tried calling and was told not to call them they would call me. Wont tell me when or if the car will arrive.
