The load was never picked up. Even 5 days after the DELIVERY DATE no one contacted us! Do not ship with this transporter. They never called, never emailed or contacted us otherwise. Just stay away from these guys.
We spoke with them on the day of cancellation and the day before, when they promised to call back both times and never did. Save yourself the trouble!
