I was quoted $550 to have a car shipped to another state. After paying my deposit, they waited more than 24 hours to tell me it would actually cost $1050 total once the car was delivered instead of $550. If the total amount was not paid on delivery, the car would be held at my expense until the amount was paid in full. I’m currently trying to reclaim my deposit after being told there’s a cancellation fee that was not included in the contract I signed. I also had my cancellation notice returned because the domain in their email address does not exist. There is no listing for this company with the BBB. I was told my price would only be $550 because I am a retired Marine. This is how they treat veterans.
