Kevin was very rude and hateful from the start and when the cops got called be became even more hateful to the point that instead of informing us that no one would be in the office because he runs it, he allowed us to pull up and keep walking to find help outside of him just to taunt us before he pull off. Later he called us with a whole different demeanor after almost seeming pleased with himself and was very condescending to the point of mocking us. This was a very unprofessional experience for a tow service and I hope the people hiring this business drops them to go with someone else.
