I was well pleased with the service provided by Couch's Towing. I needed to have an inherited car which had not been started for nearly five years from Cleveland to Morristown, TN. Mr. Couch and his assistant took my car with a rollback to their base and transferred it to a flatbed truck because the tires weren't safe enough to be pulled on the 120 mile trip. The following day they transported it to the designated repair shop. Furthermore, they charged me significantly less than other quotes I had received from others.
