Carrier is forging signatures for pick up and delivery. I received a BOL where there were no names or signatures on the BOL which I do not accept. Then I got a new BOL and the signatures were forged. Picked up and delivered on time, but carrier did not follow dispatch instructions and when told they tried to modify the BOL with made up signatures.
