do not use this shipper. my auto was never delivered. I paid in full, then they demanded more money via Zelle to deliver the car. I paid MORE money, beyond the amount agreed upon in the contract and the car was not delivered. they continue to ask for money, threaten to scrap or put car in storage unless i pay. they are criminals!!!

My sister hired Brainix to transport her car from Sarasota, FL to California. They would only take payment by Zelle. Deposit of 50% was made, driver called and said he needed more money because the truck broke down which was paid. The driver said I was paid in full. Then the driver refused to deliver the car unless additional 1000.00 was paid. Still no car and it has been 6 weeks since the car was picked up. The driver has threatened to drive the car to Chicago or leave it parked on the street in SanJose, CA. Offered to pay cash but upon delivery. Driver refuses. This is a scam! Do not use this company!
