DO NOT hire this carrier! First, they were three hours late to pickup. They dropped my truck off the trailer 4 times trying to load it. This was at 11pm waking up all the neighbors! They were supposed to be at the drop-off location at 2 pm the next day. After several attempts to call them(some of the calls, they hung up on me) and 4 hours after the scheduled drop-off time, the owner of the company angrily called asking why I kept calling them. I told him I needed to know where my truck was and why it was 4 hours late. He said they got hung up at a weight station and it would be dropped off at 10am the next day. At 2am in the morning, the drivers unloaded the truck without calling then texted me asking where I was. They barely speak English and are very unprofessional!
