Parvis M. The driver was EXCELLENT! What a kind and genuinely excellent human being. He was soft-spoken, flexible and gentle with the car.
The customer service from this company however is severely lacking.
They gave me zero updates and when I asked they were quite defensive.
But Parvis saved their reputation!
