Do NOT utilize their services. I have NO IDEA where my vehicle currently is on the day it was scheduled to be delivered. The workers are acting as if I'm bothering them "on their off day" because I want an update. My vehicle was picked up days ago in NJ, but the driver just texted me saying he picked the vehicle up in TX 3 hours ago. The manager, Joseph, says the truck is broken down with no mechanic on a Sunday, so I'm beyond confused on multiple things. I paid an extra $400 to have my vehicle delivered by Sunday because I knew I would be out of town. Joseph said I'll get my vehicle tomorrow, and they'll just drop it off to a neighbor or a friend!!! Like WOW!!! This company only has one truck and they have horrible service! They deserve no stars.
