Zero stars, I do not recommend. They are liars and NOT RELIABLE. They will give you an eta and not follow through. The dispatch guy IS VERY IRATE, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL! I do not recommend!

First, they went to the wrong address, then the driver who doesn’t speak any English whatsoever got stuck in the neighbors yard then ripped up the entire lawn, would not stop even though we said to him to stop, kept ripping up the neighbors lawn and trying to get free then after we helped him get to the bottom of the driveway, the owner accused us of trying to make up the fact that the lawn was ripped up There was a tow strap that was jammed into the brake caliper of the truck being delivered. They said it was fine. We asked them to remove it they could not remove it because it was jammed in there very tightly, and probably destroyed the caliper. The owner was extremely rude because we would not help unload the truck and made derogatory comments about Americans because of it after everything we were not satisfied with this whole fiasco and even after all of it the owner said they were doing us a quote on quote favor even though we paid $1600 to get it shipped up, so after we said we are not
going to pay full price for this disaster the owner of the tow company tried using mob tactics and said they were going to block us in the driveway until we paid. Then the police were called and they left. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.if I could leave negative stars I would.

HORRENDOUS. Showed up over 24 hours late. Were told to drop vehicle in the road, but instead drove up my neighbors driveway and DESTROYED his lawn, rock wall, and dirt berms. Driver would not listen. Took 2.5 hours to get him backed out of the driveway. Had no batteries on the trailer, used a tiny jump pack to operate the winch which went dead after 60 seconds. They tried to hide the fact a strap had gotten sucked into the trucks front brake caliper and they simply cut it off and left it ingested into the caliper. The driver spoke zero English, and his manager immediately got angry at us for not helping the driver with jumper cables and was very mad we were blaming them for damages to the neighbors yard. He said we could not prove they did the damage because we had no photos of the yard before they pulled in. Long story short, police had to get involved before they would leave because they threatened to hang around until full payment was made. They will now be pursued legally for damages.
