Just had a great experience with EZ fly, shipping a classic car from St. Louis to Denver. The company was responsive, took great care of my vehicle and actually were able to deliver ahead of schedule. Their communication with me throughout the process was excellent. Tatiana, at the home office in Washington, kept me apprised of the progress and in touch with the driver, Yuriy. Yuriy sent me a text when he was approximately 90 minutes out from the delivery and again when he was ten minutes from arrival. The price for the shipment (enclosed, hard sided transport) was very reasonable. I would definitely use EZ Fly again.

We dispatched them to pickup car with trailer. Driver could not fit a trailer. Promised to come back for trailer, send another truck.
Kept 100% of FUNDS!
Jerked us around for weeks. Now went into radio silence mode. No way to reach them.
AVOID!!!! We lost $300 on a deal.

Horrible company no morals or values they will change your contract on you and charge you more and then hold your vehicle. Do not proceed!!!!!!!

Company stole my vehicle and is holding it STILL… they will not deliver My vehicle. will not accept the Zelle and that was the payment from the jump. Went up on price on my vehicle $450. I have medical items in my vehicle for my children, and they still will not deliver. I will be contacting authorities that my car is stolen and I also will sue. It’s a matter of health now do not use foreign companies. Do not use this company THEY ARE scammers.

Currently waiting on them to release address so I could pick up my vehicle after they went up on the price and they are holding my vehicle hostage. I will be contacting authorities.

Liudmyla Malyarova picked up my vehicle from the auto repair shop and upon loading it was discovered the brake calibers were broke. I requested they do not take the vehicle and he demanded $50. I called the dispatch and they requested payment so I agreed to pay the the money but the delivery driver then demanded $150. I did not agree to pay that amount and they drove off with my vehicle and stole it for approximately 2 hours and blackmailed me to pay the $150 ransom money. This is a foreign company and are unprofessional and total frauds. Buyer Beware, Do Not Use!
