Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Service – Avoid at All Costs! My experience with Arami Motors LLC was one of the worst I’ve ever had with a transport company. They were hired to transport my vehicle, but the entire process was a disaster from start to finish. First, they failed to notify me of a breakdown with their transporter, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my vehicle. Instead of informing me immediately, they went radio silent, causing significant delays and confusion. I had to repeatedly call them for updates, and most of my calls went unanswered, adding to my frustration. Their lack of communication was truly shocking for a business in the transport industry. To make matters worse, they held my vehicle until 11pm the following day before releasing it to another transport company that I had to scramble to arrange myself. Their lack of responsibility and care was evident, and it caused me a lot of inconvenience. They didn’t seem to value my time or my property at all. Based on my experience, I would NEVER use Arami Motors LLC again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional transport services. If you're looking for a company that communicates effectively and takes their commitments seriously, look elsewhere.
